At Miniaturas.pt we work to ensure that your order is shipped quickly, safely and with complete transparency.
Transportation company
Orders are shipped via specialized express delivery carriers , selected according to destination and order type, ensuring speed and security in transport.
The exact carrier and shipping cost are shown during the checkout process.
Shipping and Delivery Times
After payment confirmation, the order is prepared and shipped.
Mainland Portugal

Delivery typically takes place the business day after shipment.
Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira)

Estimated delivery between 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are indicative and may be subject to change for reasons beyond the control of Miniaturas.pt (weather conditions, volume peaks, strikes or logistical constraints).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the online store whenever possible and presented to the customer during the checkout process.
When automatic calculation is not possible, Miniaturas.pt internally calculates shipping costs according to the destination, weight, and volume of the order. The customer will then be contacted by email with the shipping cost so they can confirm and finalize the purchase.
International Shipments
For shipments outside of Portugal and Spain , the order may be placed under review.
In these cases:

Miniaturas.pt assesses the actual shipping costs.

The customer is contacted by email with the updated total amount.

The order is only processed after customer confirmation.
Packaging and Safety
All items are packaged with the utmost care, using materials suitable for protecting the miniatures, such as:

Cushioning materials (e.g., airbags)
All orders include shipping insurance , provided by Miniaturas.pt.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you should:

Contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Send photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item.
After analyzing the situation, we will file the corresponding complaint with the carrier and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
After the shipment, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and, whenever available, a link to track the delivery.
