The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with current legislation.
Miniaturas.pt is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from factors beyond its control, including carrier failures, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the terms described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy , available on the website.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution thereof, the court of the district of Leiria shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
